Bouquet Subscription Terms and Conditions

By Purchasing a Bouquet Subscription you agree to the following:

Bouquet Subscription pickup will occur weekly during each session on Tuesdays on farm, Tuesdays at the Ivywild School 12pm-6pm, or at the Saturday Old Colorado City Farmer's Market from 8am - 1pm. I have selected the best pickup location for me and understand that I cannot change my pick-up location mid session.

Because your payment is used to cover the upfront costs of the growing season, we are only able to issue refunds in emergency situations. Please write to us via email(info@ellensflowers.com) one month prior to your session to get a full refund. Requests for refunds received within one month of the start date of your subscription will not be given.

If you cannot pick up your share for any reason, you may have a family member or friend pick it up for you. Please give us a heads up that you will not be picking up so we know to expect a new face. Any shares not picked up will be donated.

I agree to the above policies and understand that as a Bouquet Subscription Member I am buying into the rewards as well as inherent risks of the growing season. I understand that the farmers will do their very best to provide the weekly shares as promised but also understand there may be circumstances outside their control that can impact harvests, and agree to be understanding should such circumstances arise.
